We are happy to launch the services of e-Sevai Maiyam as part of our
initiatives, in e-governance. This center will act as pleasant interface
between the public and the District Administration. The center will strive
for quick delivery of services in a very transparent manner without much
inconvenience to public.
To begin with, all the Taluk Offices have been connected by 2 Mbps leased
line. This has facilitated sharing of information on chitta across the
Taluk Offices. As a result, one can get copy of chitta for any property in
the district.
You are requested to fill up this form and send through e-mail as
attachment. On receipt of form in the e-Sevai Maiyam, your request will be
processed and a copy of the patta will be kept ready for delivery. If you
wish to collect in person, you may come to e-Sevai Centre at any time
during office hours and take delivery on payment of Rs.25/- (Rs.20/- as
Government fee + Rs.5/- as service charge)
If you wish to get it delivered to your door steps, you are requested to
send Express-Money-Order for Rs.35/- (Rs.20/- as Government fee + Rs.5/-
as Service charge + Rs.10/- as courier service). On receipt of Express-MO,
the patta copy will be despatched to your address of delivery.
